I'm not sure if this is what you mean but when you orgasm from anal sex it is a more intense feeling as the penis is pushing into the back wall of the vagina through the anus. It feels the same as an when you orgasm from having your g-spot stimulated

Some gay bottom bunks can. Evolution has provided more pleasure nerve endings in that area of all men but especially gay men who are bottom bunks for a good reason. A so called top bunk or straight guy will have fewer pleasure nerve endings there.
