I'm 7 weeks pregnant and started bleeding tonight. it's fresh red blood, but there's no cramping. I literally just found this so i'm not sure if i should go to the ER or wait a bit to see if it stops. has anyone else had this happen? what did you do?

Go straight to the ER and DEMAND tests. I had a miscarriage 7 weeks ago, I had red blood and I didn't get a SINGLE cramp, even when the fetus was being expelled. Because of this, all I got was one blood test, and was sent home because I wasn't cramping. Cramps, or lack thereof don't mean anything, any kind of bleeding should be followed up ASAP for your health and peace of mind, and that of your baby!
Good luck to you!

With ANY bleeding you need to get checked. You should never second guess anything. You need to get to an ER and get your blood levels tested. If you waited on your doctor, something could have gone wrong. If you go straight to an ER and determine the reason for the bleeding, you get help sooner.

Women experience periods throughout pregnancy so i dont want you to be frightened. But it's never ok to ignore your bleeding and wait on your doc. Go straight to an ER.

Is it spotting, or bleeding? There's a huge difference. If you're bleeding..get off of here and go to the ER. Actually, screw that. Just go to the ER. Who cares if it ends up being nothing. What if it's something?! Don't wait for anymore answers..

IF YOU ARE BLEEDING THAT CAN BE A SIGN OF OF A MISCARRIAGE IT IS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER I'M PRETTY SURE IF YOU CALL YOUR OBGYN THEY WILL TELL YOU TO GO AHEAD TO THE ER
