The poor are moving upward, the middle class is growing while the wealthy are complaining.........Just the opposite of what is happening in America at this point in history.

Venezuela has produced a lot of winners in the Miss Universe and Miss World which is a good sign that Hugo Chavez is good in Venezuela who is also famous for its oil.

notice how everyone is referring to Venezuelans as ..."their own people", or "his own People".
know what hat says???
it says, that they really don't know. if they did, they would be referring to Venezuelans as "WE.....".
communism sure seems to be working for the Chinese, if you don't think so, go to walmart and try to find 10 items that were 100% manufactured in America.
not that i would want to live that way, just stating fact. saying it doesn't work isn't a very sound argument.
how are Venezuelans economy going to go bust when the government makes its money off nationalized energy and fuel, and cut most of the taxes. isn't cutting taxes suppose to stimulate an economy, as well as lower fuel costs??

Not sure, but I can assure you that the vast majority of people who answer this question don't really know for themselves. Chavez seems like a nice guy, but I don't like his recent power grab.

Chavez brainwashes his people to think that they're lives are better now...
when in reality... statistics and records show that they aren't...
do you think the millions of people who helped Stalin become dictator thought their lives would be better with him? of course..
however, later generations of people and 3rd party criticizers like ourselves know better then that...
what i dont understand is how he managed to brainwash the Democrats in the USA...

It's worse than before. He has stolen all of the oil fields in that country for his own purpose of supporting terrorism and for training Islamic terrorist's to speak Spanish so they can come into the U.S illegally and get away with it.
