Help with putting Music on my Ipod.?

Ok, I have music on ITUNES and I want to transefer it onto my ipod but how? It dont say add this to you sync list or anything. I have my music in different playlists. Confusing. PLEASE HELP ME!!! Thanks.!

right click on your ipod in the sidebar menu and click sync

delete ur play lists
