Sewing Machine help Please!?

My machine is a white stylemaker and the needle will go but the thread won't sew.

If your machine did not come with an owner's manual, you can get one online. Go to Google and type in the model of machine and then type owner's manual.

If you've already read the troubleshooting page in the owner's manual and nothing seemed to fit your problem, unthread and rethread the machine. Make sure nothing is caught anywhere it shouldn't be Make sure the bobbin is correctly threaded and properly seated. If those don't work, phone a friend who sews! If you don't have any friends who sew, wait until business hours and phone a sewing machine repair shop. Describe the problem and ask what to do about it. Chances are strong that nothing's broken and they can simply tell you what to do over the phone.

The first thing to check is that the spool thread and the bobbin thread are done correctly. Usually your manual or the inside of the light case will have a diagram if you need to check.

Next make sure your needle is in correctly. If it's in backwards it doesn't hold the thread correctly and it won't catch the bobbin thread. You might also try a new needle just to make sure the current one isn't bent or broken in some way.

Try adjusting the tensioner( the circular disk that the thread is running through). Also try adjusting the needle up or down just a little in the tightener. I hope this works for you.

there are several reasons.. #1 need different needle for material you are using
#2 needle is slightly bent #3 machine needs cleaning
