I don't think so................but I agree that it would be a landslide win because only those who vote would get a say. And of course they would vote for a tax break

I'd prefer a change it so that only those who actually pay taxes and are not on the government payroll would be eligible to vote. The rest should not be now.

Let those paying the tab decide who the money is to be spent.
