may b ur window is corrupted.one way to do it is use ur recovery disc that came with ur pc when u purchased it.the other is like the other mentioned , use other software instead of ie (internet explorer).good luck.

try using another browser, its a browser issue. try downloading firefox, its a good browser. go to mozilla.com
