South Beach. In fact all of Miami Beach, Surfside & Bal Harbour, which has excellent bus service. Downtown Miami, which has FREE Metro-mover service from the performing arts center to Brickell. Hollywood is okay, but outside the approx 10 square block downtown it is basically a suburb. Hollywood Beach & Ft. Lauderdale Beach are walkable too, but are just beach neighborhoods along A-1-A. Other neighborhoods would be eastern Little Havana, Little Haiti & "downtown" Homestead.
