Hyland's makes a homepathic remedy called Motion Sickness and it helped my kids until they got over it naturally. Newton Homepathics also make a motion sickness remedy but it is a liquid and I haven't used it yet so can't comment on effectiveness, but Newtons is a great product I uses several other products. Do you get it only when you are a passager or also when you drive??? If it happens only when you are a passenger -- then drive. Motion sickness happens to some because you feel more motion in the car when your not driving but when you have your hand on the wheel you don't notice the movement as much.
Good Luck

Try taking Dramamine. This is a motion sickness pill. My mom's friend gets queasy just riding in the car, also. It happens to people who are more sensitive. If you're not driving, then stare at the lines in the road and this helps, too. Also, don't be reading books or looking down, that type of thing aggravates the sick feeling. Hope this helps! :D

Go to health food store & buy Ginger Capsules; only around $8.00 for 100 pills. Take 1 1/2 hour before travel. Stops nausea; vomitting; motion sickness; car sickness; morning sickness, too.

Some people have had luck with Sea Bands - available at most drug stores. Puts pressure on a point on your wrist that naturally supresses nausea. My wife used 'em during her first trimester while she was pregnant and they worked wonders.
Good luck!

Maybe your car has an exhaust leak and you are mistaking carbon monoxide poisoning for motion sickness? It might be a good idea to have a mechanic check your exhaust system for leaks.

look out the window and enjoy the view.take note of the many trees that your vehicle have passed...take not of the road..and tell yourself that you are moving along with the car.
motion sickness happens cos your brain is a lil confused. you are moving and heading somewhere..but you body is not moving an inch.hence the confusion.

well if you are sick of pills you don't want dramamine. So try ginger. Ginger ale, ginger candy, etc etc. Depending on how severe your sickness is, it might not completely help, but it should give you some relief. My sister and I have been using it for years.
