Why should we value education?

All interesting answers yeat none really answer the question. Education is not leaning material from a book, nor is one educated in a university, nor in a school. Education is the produce that is picked up along lifes journey. To be truly educated you have to become more then a baby. A baby sucks at the breast of his mother from life giving milk. The educated person sucks at the springs of knowedge in the same way. Yeat in todays world people are educated in foolishness and not in wisdom. Wisdom and understanding are the keys to education and the application of things learned. With out Wisdom and Understanding education profits little. We have a university system that is designed to make clones in today world. Actually we are creating our own destruction. We creat young men and woman with hearts as hard as steel and minds that are actually with out any real value. The reasons the university does this is simple. Money.
The university system is not about educating people. It is about gaining money from the staff and rewarding the poor proformers in the college. That is why you have tender systems in colleges, a means of rewarding the crappy teachers. The good teachers do not need tender they educate because they enjoy it and are good at it.
So should we value education, Yes the right kind of education. Not the current from of education.
