You don't apply for a green card via Yahoo answers. You apply thru the US dept of Immigration and Natrualization.
PS it's green card, not green cart.

If you paint your existing Muslim cart green, that should be perfectly satisfactory. However, the word on the streets is that pink is the new green, so you might want to try painting it pink instead.
