Personally I think he is, and the character 'Booth' is just too square and limiting for Boreanaz! Plus I think that Booth needs a wardrobe UPGRADE! This is an awful look on him! He desperately needs some flavor! What do you think?

I liked the character Angel, but I really think the actor Boreanaz is what made it so good. He's very atheletic and is good with the fight scenes. I love a good fight scene!
I would like to see this Booth character be more (for a lack of a better word) studly.
He shouldn't be pining after his partner... the women should be trying to get his attention, but he's too into his job to notice.
Know what I mean? He's just too talented for this part, it's too restrictive on him. Maybe it will change.... one can only hope!

I think we got too used to him playing Angel and we have trouble seeing beyond that. That said, i was excited to see he had a new show out so soon after angel ended, i tried to watch it a few weeks and it did not catch my attention, You're right , his character is too boring (and so is she). I'll be honest, i didn't notice his clothes......sigh........i miss angel.
I get what you're saying. Unfortunatly sometimes the actors are only as good as the part that is written for them. I'm sure as the show is in it's second season they must feel they are on the right track. But hopefully they can man him up a bit.

Well, I personally don't think he's a really fantastic actor. I mean he's good, but he just doesn't have that much depth.
