There needsd to be a balance between valueing your own opinions and those of the people. For example, a democracy is one in which every person's voice is heard, but if the person you voted for isn't elected, you must still respect the views of those who won. When people can't compromise and accept they lost, then you have political unrest. This is what George Washington sought to end when he urged early American leaders not to associate themselves with parties, but to be individuals.

If this doesn't answer your question then I'm sorry, but your grammar is atrocious.

If all people could live their dreams, the laws of nature and biology would have to be essentially rewritten. Assuming that at least some of those dreams will include many of the conveniences of modern life, you would still need people toiling at jobs which are not likely to be the stuff of dreams. To add to this, the conflicting number of people with similar dreams. With millions and millions probably dreaming of being famous singers, from where would their audience come?
Ultimately, in a world where everyone is living their fantasy, the world becomes a homogenous, stagnant mass of inactivity. Existence is dependent upon contrast, as symbolized in the yin-yang. There must exist misery for there to be happiness, light for dark, and so on.

sometimes we reach for dreams only to find it not what we truly love. If you live an honest life working hard and being true to yourself you will end up living a life full of reality and joy. It's great to have hopes and dreams though. Just don't let that pursuit for your dreams interfere with your every day survival and living. Example : some people think they are above flipping burgers and will not take such a job even if they are jobless. The smart thing to do would be to take the job and give it your all, meanwhile continue searching for your DREAM job. Once you get the dream job quit the other.

Impossible and implausible.

If everyone lives their dreams, some will have all people on earth killed. Others will make billions of babies.

Everybody would try to have "all the money in the world"

It is impossible for everyone to have everything.
