the Kings are my favorite pro basketball team but since this last season, I feel like cheering for the Lakers, my most hated team. Are the Kings really that bad that I should give up on them and my favorite player, KEVIN MARTIN!!!!

Cheer for the Raptors! They're the only team in the NBA that plays the game the way it's supposed to be played. They rely not on the individual talent of one or two star players, but on sharing the ball, finding the open man and picking apart defences. THey are a bit inexperienced, which leads to a few too many defensive breakdowns, but with their determination and desire, they could make it all the way. As for the Lakers, all their fans are the strays who dont know who else to cheer for. There are not very many Real Lakes fans left. If you really Like the kings, stay with them but if they are struggling, It's okay to have a second favorite team to cheer for like the Raptors. This makes it possible for you to cheer on a team that is not necessarily your favorite, but could go deep into the playoffs.

you should never give up on your team to cheer for your rival team if you're a true fan
sacramento is going through a trans-era where Maloof brothers are trying to move the Kings to Las Vegas or somewhere else, which hurts the organization and the fans

no one is telling you that you cant cheer for the lakers too, but dont stop being loyal to the kings just because they are having a horrible season. ive been a longtime warriors fan too... since childhood... and through it all im still loyal to them.
but.. why do you hate the lakers??? jealous??????

dont be a bandwagon fan. i absolutely hate unloyal fans and switch over to the more popular team or better team. stay true to your kings. they are slumping yes, but you must have patience. ive been a warriors fan for as long as i can remember. 12 years without playoffs gonna be 13 now, but i still love them. i dont care how bad they are or what people say. its my team and im sticking with them.

no why lakers u hate them go to a good teal like dallas but u shouldnt switch i just got lucky but i have some bad teams in other sports.
