okay my hamster just has babies and never even met w/ a boy and i dont even have a boy hamster?
and yes i did move the babies from the mother

okay i didnt touch the lil hampsters w/ my fingers but anyways she hasnt eatin them yet

Have you let your female "play" with your sister's hamster or could she have brought yours out to play? If so, at least you know who the father is! If you only just bought your hamster in the last two weeks, then she was impregnated in the pet store.
Never touch young pups. Many females will kill pups that you've touched. The rule of thumb is not to touch the pups until their eyes are open and they're walking around the cage on their own, around 16 days. Until then, just leave mama and the pups alone. I know it's tempting but its for the best. At this point make sure that you lower the water bottle so the pups can reach it. You can also help the pups and mother out by giving foods high in protein and calcium such as dry kitten food, scrambled eggs, tofe, cottage cheese, etc.. The pups can be weaned at 4 weeks of age and can go their new homes (or pet store) then. If you decide to keep any and they are Syrians (not dwarf hamsters) then each hamster must have its own cage.

maybe you brought a pregnanted hamter before you didnt know that she was pregnated . well it can happen if there are some males hamsters at the pet shop with the female in same place . cause they do will put males hamsters with the females .but you dont need worrying so much about it just leave the babbies alone cause if you keep take the new born away from the mother then she will think it not hers babies and wouldnt take care of them .if a human touch the babbies with human hands .cause hamsters mothers has a good smell by their noses . so i wouldnt pick the babies anymore . if you do that maybe the mother will abandon her new borns and leave them til they died. . if you ever going pick up any hamsters you should always wash your hands before you going handle them .

Did you just get the hamster within the last 2 weeks or so? She could have been pregnant when you got her. You shouldn't even touch the babies.

I agree....put those little babies back with their mother right away.
I don't know why you would take them away in the 1st place.
Regardless, now that you've touched them she might kill them anyway, but I'm sure she was pregnant when you bought her.
Also, don't change the bedding in your hamsters cage around where the babies are.

She was preg when you got her from the petshop because that's the only way if you don't got a male hamster, since I raise hamsters and know alot about them don't messed with the babies at all because the mother will eat the babies if you messed with them and don't clean the cage until the babies get older because you don't need to messed with the babies until thay get there eyes open and walking around very good.

this usually happens with female hamsters, gerbils, and mice. when you bought her, she was already pregnant. you need to put the babies back with the mom, bcuz she needs to take care of them. however once they are weaned do take them out, or she might cannibalize them. if there's not a boy present, she won't get pregnant again, so don't worry!!

Why did you take her babies away? They will die. PUt them back with the mom. And sorry, there had to be a boy somewhere in the woodpile!
