Here it is,
I had sex, likely near when I was fertile, and now my period is 3-4 days late.
I also have other symptoms
-sore low back
-nausea
-sensitive nipples
-mood swings
-very tired
However, I am really stressed about this. I also just recently got off of the bc pill, but last month I had a period without bc as if it were normal.
I have taken 3 home pregnancy tests and they have all turned up negative. First a couple of days before, one on the day my period was due and one a couple of days after it was due.
I really just want to know one way or the other, this symptoms without a confirmation is driving me crazy!

I started my period this morning.
I think all of my symptoms were a mixture of extreme stress and PMS.
So relieved, and thanks for all your answers.

Your symptoms also sound like PMS to me - many women experience what you have described just before they get their period. Being stressed about it won't help - the tiredness and mood swings are probably because of this. Even if you have conceived, it would be very, very early days, probably too early for your body to be producing hormones at the level that causes the secondary symptoms of pregnancy.

Many women think that nausea is a sure fire sign they are pregnant when about half of women never actually experience it, and if they do it usually kicks in around the 6 week mark - about 4 weeks after you have conceived and 2-3 weeks after your missed period, when your hCG levels start rising sharply. Nausea before this is usually stress, not eating properly or wishful thinking!

3 negative HPT sounds like you aren't pregnant to me, but if your period hasn't shown up in a week you might want to take a trip to the doctors and get a blood test.

Those are common pregnancy symptoms. The best thing to do would be to go to a Dr. and get a test done, they are more accurate than a home pregnancy test.

If you continue to have these symptoms, than you should call your doctor. It is really hard to tell, women's bodies are so sensitive. It could be your stressing yourself for nothing, and as far as those HPT go, they are not always accurate. if your body doesn't have enough of the hormone it will not pick it up. Good Luck

The chances are 50/50.
What are your usual pre-menstrual symptoms? Might you be coming down with a cold? These are other considerations.

Wait until a couple more days to take another test.

Go get a blood test at your doctors office. A blood test detects hcg in your blood so is more accurate.
