Not even! Hip size is determined by your pelvis and there's nothing you can do to change that.

And why would you want to increase your hips? Most women want theirs smaller.

How small is the number? Because I have a 38 inch hip and I don't see why anyone would want to increase their hip size....BUT..You could probably ask a nutritionist how to get fat to go to your hips. That is all I can.

are you serious. how do expect to widen the bone structure of your hips? unless you wanna pack on a bunch of pounds and hope it goes to your hips theres absolutely no such thing that would do that.
