it happens when i reach about 45 mph and all the tires are in good condition

doe,s your steering wheel shake side to side ....or up & down.................................side to side.....alignment or something loose in your steering.....................up & down.....bad shock/strut.........or severe balance problem.......bad tire,bad balance job,lost a wheel weight,or severe rotor out of balance.!

Bent rim , bent rotor , bent spindle , shifted belt in tire , rotor out of balance , bad shocks , bad ball joints. Did you have the tire balanced on the car or on the machine . If they were balance on the machine they do not take in the rotor and such that also could be out of balance. Check for a separated belt in the tires most shops do not look at this when balancing tires . They should but they don't.A bad alignment will not cause a shake

Did u have an alignment done after replacing the tie rod if no that more then likely ur prob.
