Norton would have an alert the services.exe is trying to access the internet. If I allow it, I would receive an alert that Norton detected a risk and sometime a virus(claims to have deleted it). It happens everytime since a few days ago. I ran a full scan and nothing showed up. Is it something in the registry? Please help!

By the way, I cannot open msconfig, regedit, or things like that... except in safemode.

Robi helped half your problems. Services.exe is a virus. your computer runs a list of services, but it does not run under services.exe

services.exe is a virus, and must be removed manualy, rather will safe mode or killbox. =) i would give you a link to killbox, but i dont know one. lol. goodluck =)
