It all depends on the person. For me it's the way to go. But, I just don't have the time or the energy to invest in a relationship. I don't think there is anything wrong with it.

I consider promiscuity bad. I believe every time you have sex with someone you are making a covenant and a soul tie with that person So, when you are promiscuous, you have a covenant /soul tie with numerous people. In ancient times, and still in some places today, a covenant was sealed by bloodshed. When you have sex for the first time, usually, there is bloodshed from the tearing of the woman's hymen, thus a covenant is made. Men and women are physically designed for this type of covenant to be made. Women's sexual organs are on the inside, thus making them receptors. Men's sexual organs are on the outside thus making them givers. Each a man and women have sex they are depositing and receiving each other not only physically, but their souls are intertwining. When you have sex with different people you are bringing the souls of each of the people you have previously had sex with into the bedroom. Women tend to do this more than men because women are the receptors. However, because men are the givers, they do not have a lot of themselves left to give if they have been going from bed to bed.

Well as a bisexual man I'm against it largely because of the laundry list of STD's nowadays. I'm against promiscuity with women AND men though, don't mistake my intentions.

However I feel that promiscuity isn't a very good path to what I seek. What I'm looking for is monogamy and a soul-mate, not my next orgasm. So for me monogamy is definitly the way to go with a man or a woman.

Hope that helps. =)

NO, Promiscuity is natural to the human species. The only bad thing is that as a culture. We have decided to be monogamous. Which has caused people to be come dishonest in their life. People should realize that having a life partner may be natural but having a mate for life isn't.

I think it's probably not the most fulfilling for most people, because I really do think most people are wired to prefer monogamy if they can get it. That said, if you're having fun in the meantime, or if you're one of those who lives a perfectly contented life in some form of non-monogamy, I don't have a problem with it as long as A)You're safe and B)You're not lying to anyone (leading them on etc).
