there are a total of 4 screws that hold on the door panel. one is behind the handle. its a smaller screw then the rest, so the screwdriver you use for it has to be smaller then the one you use for the others. next use a flat head to pry up the window and door lock black panel. once you do that, unhook the wires, and you'll see a big black screw. take it out. now move down to the "oh sh*t" handle. there is a hole in it. in that hole is the 3rd screw you need to take out. once that is out, take your flathead and very very carefully pry out the reflector and the bottom of your door. these are very easy to break, even for someone who know's what there doing. once you get it out, theres your last screw. now run your hand along the bottem of the panel and you should feel a slot you can stick your hand it. give it a good yank and that should pull it off for the most part. once you get it off, you'll see the speaker. its a 4x6 incase you wondering. good luck, take your time, and be careful.

first off look around the panel for any screws u see remove them then look around to see where the joints r useing a small screwdriver pry the plastic covers off the joints to revell screws be carefull if it dont come easy its not ment to come ull havta remove the window crank and door handle as well if eqwiped watch how u take it apart it gos back to gether in reverese also if u see no screws it might pop on with clips pry gentally on the egdes but dont force it to hard good luck hope this helps
