im a star player of our team in the leaque, i has a heart and im very talented in terms of offense and defense, im a complete package... i want to win games but i know that my teammates just want to have a playing time and to play!!! we will never win if i pass the ball, but, i know that i can increase their confidence if they scores. what will i do? pass or to shoot?

if they have a wide open shot that you know they can hit, pass the ball. they'll understand if you shoot because they're not free or unable to hit it. if its a blowout, pass it left and right and it'll show your teammates that you care, but you want to win. if this doesnt work, have them help you set picks or something. this way you'll still probably win, but they'll feel like they helped win by freeing you.

If you hesitate to pass the ball as you describe... you are NOT the complete package.
Look at Kobe Bryant the year after Shaq was traded to Miami. He has been considered the best player in the NBA for at least three seasons now. He can create, score, play solid D, handle, shoot during crunch time. He was a "complete package." He did everything on his own.
And he didn't make playoffs.
The next year he reunited with his old coach, Phil Jackson, and returned to the playoffs, albeit with a quick return home. But the point is, even Kobe Bryant can't win by himself. Do you honestly expect that YOU can, too?

The main question is: Is my team winning? Because its less about you if your support is bad and you shine. A truly great player makes those around him better. Would you even' know of Scotty Pippen if there was no Michael Jordan?
If you are a complete package, you owe it to have good role players around you, and thus should share the ball. If not, you may find yourself in double teams and your scoring will go into the crapper, and you'll just be known as the ball hog nobody wants to play with!

although the games are all won because of you, nobody is having fun. so what if you lose? the world wont end! and if you pass to them, it gives them a chance to increase your skills, so when they become better, you can all win the games together!
