i think its BV (bacterial vaginosis)...its simply when ur body starts making too much of a certain kind of bacteria...it causes tons of itching and sumtimes burning (i dont know if ur experincing that tho) it usually goes away on its own, but it may turn into something worse (i forgot the name, sorry..but its starts with a P) it also increases suspectability to HIV, and other STDs...some doctors say its associated with PID (pelvic inflammatory disease)...you have to go see ur doc. if u have it...theyll give u a cream some kind medication or something.

A yeast infection usually will cause bad itching, and over the counter medicine helps that.
Another cause could maybe be an STD such as genital warts, which usually dont hurt but supposedly itch alot. I've also heard that gonorrhea causes itching, and even itching in the anal area.
Either way, go to the doctor. If its an STD, you'll need antiobiotics. And if you've never had a yeast infection, still go to the doctor to make sure thats whats going on...and usually what the doctor prescribes for that works better than OTC meds

check the type of underwear your wear switch them or the type of laundry detergent you use. Also check the type of pads you are using or tampons that cause itching try to switch your products. If you tested for stds and they all came back negative something else is causing this. Does it happen after sex, use of lubricant, perfume anything at all write down the symtoms and when you experience it so you can figure it out.

sounds like yeast, but if you have never had one before give the doctor a call because there are less common things that can cause this and if its one of them you don't want to treat the same way you would yeast
