Or can I like get music of limewire or stuff on my computer already and some how put it on my ipod instead of buying music from itunes? Please answer! Thanks!!!! :-)

you must use itunes to put the music on your ipod but buying it from itunes is optional. You can use limewire for for the music(but don't advised it, it is iilegal)

if u want to transfer music to an ipod then u need itunes but u could take music from a cd or the internet. like limewire

you NEED iTunes to transfer music from your computer to your iPod
First, get limewire to put all your downloaded songs into a folder
Drag the music into iTunes
Plug in your ipod

you can use limewire, but it is illegal, but nobody cares
after you have itunes, you can burn cds, tapes, records, watever you want. or you can buy from itunes directly or limewire or other sites

you download the songs from limewire then add them to your itunes library
you could even start adding songs to itunes now so when u get your ipod you could plug it right in and have songs to put onto it
