Thinking to move to california...where is the best place toraise a family?

wisconsin is a really good place to raise a family, the schools in south eastern wisconsin are very good-(one of the schools-my school- has won the academic decathalon on the national level!)
and the weather is not too bad- yes there is snow in winter but the summers are really nice. -

I've always like Carlsbad, right around San Diego CA. Very beautiful and has good schools.
