Differencies between pregnancies have more to do with the mother's age, state of general health and and her lifestyle during pregnancy than the sex of the child she is carrying. And what about women who carry multiple babies of both sexes?
I have cared for many women during their pregnancies and had six children of my own and I can truthfully say that there are no sure fire ways of 100% predicting what sex the baby will be because of the way a women's body behaves during pregnancy - whether she is sick or had acne or is "carrying low" or "carryimg way out in front" or has cravings for certain foods - it's all a bunch of old midwives tales to me! And I'm an old midwife!

Studies show that outside of medical procedure there is know way to tell in pregnancy what sex a baby will be.
Momma's to be carry differently for lots of reasons.
# of prgs, size of baby and positon.
Just in case: my prgs were different very sick the first time and huge. Not so sick the 2nd and smaller. I did not gain 60lbs the 2nd time. Good luck

No. I have 3 boys and a girl and really have had very little difference in the way I carried or in my symptoms. With my 4th, we were totally convinced we were having a girl....nope!

My son, I have had every symptom imaginable. (38 weeks pregnant)
