How so?
Why does the face and eyes reveal so much about not only a person's intellect, but attitude as well as just overall character?
I also think that a person can look totally different sometimes depending on their level of character (kind, good,honest vs. selfish arrogant, and decietful) which can many times be half and half.
Why is this??? How are you able to determine so much from a persons face?

This is first impressions. Someone who has a kind look (as in expresion and attitude) is more likely to be welcomed with open arms. However, a few of these people are doing this professionally.
After half an hours conversation, one usually gets an idea of the reallity.
So your answer is no.

There are some genetic markers we look for in men, women and humans in general. Smooth skin and symmetrical features are the most important and create what we'd call Beauty.

no you cannot judge a person by how they look because doing so would equal the word prejudice

I don't know if i agree with you, i think we can judge people too easily just judging them by the way there faces look.
