Yes. He and Mary Todd Lincoln had 4 sons, 3 dying quite young. Todd Lincoln married the daughter of Senator James Harlan; however, there are no living descendants of that line today.

I think he had two boys which both died when they were children. The death of one of them sent Mrs. Lincoln to the looney bin.
