Your symptoms are the same as the ones that I sometimes get and I was diagnosed with Anxiety. I was given and Antianxiety medication, (Buspirone 10mg @bedtime) mine was probably due to stress and being overwhelmed....work, kids, ex-husband, mentally ill mother. I even developed high blood pressure of which I am taking medication for that too. See a doctor if this is anxiety and I'm pretty sure it is, it will only get worse and could become crippling if not treated early. Take care and best wishes.

Update: Paxil is addictive Buspirone isn't

Could be a lot of reasons. We all have moments like this... it's the basic "fear and flight" instinct kicking in. Sometimes it's legit, sometimes it's just something that triggers that instinct to run even though you're safe. Check out the book "Don't Panic" by Ried. It might help. You might also want to pay attention to the foods you're eating or beverages you're drinking. Try taking a walk once a day and keep your mind focused on the here and now (don't let it wander). And don't let these feelings go on too long without seeing your doctor.

Sounds like you could have general anxiety disorder... a constant worry about everything in life. I personally would suggest asking your doctor about paxil. It has some bad side effects but it really does make a positive difference in helping lessen your anxiety.

There maybe some things that are bothering you inside only you can't find out what those things are. you have to be stronger at this oint of time and always pray to God. i have experienced that already and all I did was to ask my aunts and mom to pray for me lately I feel better. I thought that is just one time of reminding me of something I'm starting to forget. You may have to look at your back and remeber whom you have forgotten. It is just in you to make yourself nat ease again. God bless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes nervousness can be caused by thyroid problems. If you have other symptoms like hand tremors, insomnia, weakness, fatigue, hair loss or dryness, fast heart beat or palpatations , decreased libido, heat or cold intolerance. Have your thyroid checked out.
