Yes it is. My mom told me that my face would freeze if I made a face, well I seem to have a permanent smile now.

I agree with Brownie 12... Yes, you can smile too much. Just the other day while watching the News, a nurse came out to the cameras on behalf of the family and told reporters that the familys 2nd child had just died as a result of the house fire.

She kept smiling into the camera as she relayed the information.

A poor choice for a spokesman.

Yes, because it can stress the muscles in your face if you smile too big for too long. I wouldn't worry about it, because that usually happens with fake smiles....

Well I guess if you were always smiling that would be pretty bad if you were in a situation where you needed to show sympathy.

Yeah if you have food in your teeth or if your lips are dry and chapped and smiling makes them split...OUCH
