No, because you can find his biography all over the place... from infancy to death.
A time traveler would not have a cohesive biography!

Jimi Hendrix did live in the 60's. He also died in the 60's.

jimi hendrix was an african king from the time b 4 europeans stole time travel technology from the african people. he used his time machine 2 travel 2 the future and found that the guitar his people invented was now different. so he travel back and forth but stay in the machine so time dont pass for him and spend 2 hundred years practicing. then he go back 2 the sixties and blow everyone away. but he made mistake and left his pinky toe outside the machine and it aged and fell off. he were going to give the machine as gift to all people black and white but j. edmund hoover stole it and went back in time to africa and stoled everything else and cover his tracks. so they kill jimi for that and the nixon daughter thing.
