He is stationed in Norfolk VA with the Navy and has 2.5 years left he has already been gone for 3.5 years and has done 1 deployment and is preparring for another. We are both at a point where we are getting cranky with this situation but unfortunately cannot change it because of his crazy schedule with the navy. How do we keep that frustration from ruining our relationship? And how do we keep everything positive or exciting?

You have to have trust in the love that you share in hopes that it will continue to bond you together. Is it possible that you can visit him maybe one weekend a month to close the gaps. I am in a long distance relationship, and it is hard when the person you love is long away.
