I think its wrong to kill another. to take a life you did not create. But I thought to myself, " would I kill a man for my child?'

Though I hope this never happens, I would have to handle it IF that situation was to take place. To think that I would, I might kill a man instead of subduing him, its premeditated. But then I might have to kill him if he breaks into my home and threatens us bodily harm and is unable to be convinced otherwise.

People like to live by set laws and set codes of ethics/morals but, their will always be contradictions. We must adjust to circumstance which is never the same. Laws need to be flexible. If you want to survive someday you may have to kill someone in defense. Death is part of life and sometimes is a last resort. I would feel no guilt or wrong killing in self-defense.

Not according to the government and the Judicial system. Only for you the private citizen.

It is Ironic though...

You (hire someone to kill your enemy) and you go to prison or get the death penalty

The Doctor that gives the leathal injection is (a person hired to kill someone!) and he gets to go home with a paycheck.

Go figure...

um ...if u dont want to get killed then probably nobody else would either, well to those that value thier life, which morally for someone to kill another person would be considered murder or manslaughter in America, unless u are defending yourself from someone that is trying to kill u or harm u physically.

Absolutely... that is why abortion should be illegal and God said Thou shalt not kill...

Plus... any living beings have souls should not be killed. But it is inevitable sometimes due to WAR. but then who is to judge, only God.

When you read the Bible, you will know God punished those people in the old testament .. or killed them to save his chosen ones. (movie ten commandments ... examples)

Of course. You are not God to take someone else`s lives, only He can do that.

It`s a very sinful act to kill someone.
