No exercises affect growth, otherwise walking would affect growth. Being 14 years old is the perfect time to grow fast muscle tissue, so just lift weights you feel comfortable with, but something you need to know is to exercise hard once every 2 days at the least, and never exercise when your sore, your muscles will become overworked and flabby.

Lifting weights will not stunt growth PROVIDED you are eating enough to support both muscle growth and height gain.

Which means you're gonna want to eat quite a lot of protein and calcium.
