My husband and I take our 3 yr old and 18 month old for an hour walk every night. Pushing them in a pram is hard so we take turns lol.

A little bit I don't need to but I do at least 50 sits ups everyday before I go to bed. Ive also got gym every second weekday and Ive got the hardest gym teacher around!

Yes, I ride an exercise bike 30 minutes 3 times a week, walk when I can and play with my dogs.

I play video games; Dance, Dance Revolution for the PS2. I, too, have an Elliptical! I also like to roller blade.

I go roller skating at least once a week.
Wednesday used to be uncrowded so I could really open up. I had my pulse up to 155. Woo Hoo!
Exhilarating.
