what makes Achilles,Hector,and Patroklos display childish behavior through they are in positions of leaderships which demands selfless maturity???

You must remember that these characters are fictional entities. To the extent that they represent real types, it is important to remember that they came from a radically different time and culture; what seems to us childish or irrational was in fact the expected thing in an heroic society, among the warrior class.
