how do i get a notes folder for my ipod?PLEASEEEEE?

now i have gone enabled desk mode...and now im stuck. at another website it says to go to my computer and it says somthing about ipod but there is nothing about ipods in mine.

make sure your iPod is enabled so let's say you named your iPod smile so you go to my computer all the drivers and the floppy disk icon pops up now you go to a icon that has the word smile by it double click it now look for the notes folder and there you go.

It should be under My Computer

enable disk use and then wait a while,

try restoring your ipod or starting your computer up with the ipod already connected
