Personolgy:can tell about somebody's personality by physical appearance

Example:
Coarse hair: less sensitive
Fine hair: extremely sensitive
Wide jaw: authoritative in speech and action
Square chin: can be combative
Wide-flared nose: relies automatically on self
Wide ears: likes to listen
Full lips: talkative
Big nose: likes to present large contributions and rejects small ones
Round face: a friendly person
There is nothing known to medical science or any of its subdivisions such as neuroscience, which support any of the claims of personology or its supposed explanations

unless it's empirically proven, this can't be considered as a reliable basis of one's personality. maybe these are only correlations but never a cause and effect relationship... since, we're talking about personality, i don't agree with the personology. but it's my personal opinion so it's realyy up to us if we want to believe it or not. i want to know morea about the discovery of such theory, maybe once I find out how he/she came up with it, I can judge the theory better

They could be basing it off of groups with the same physical traits. For instance, poeple with full lips may tend towards being talkative, so they are basing it on a hypothesis that most people with full lips will be talkative. I believe that some traits may be true, based on the studies they do, but I dont think scientifically that all people with full lips for instance will be talkative types.

um...sometimes it cud work like u can tell a bully from their appeareance and a shy person from their looks. and a sad person and a happy person and a person whose faking it. but not always. like i no twins who look like completely the same and one's really nice and a total gentleman while the other is more society based kind of guy.

I certainly think there is basis in the perception of personality in what we see whether people actually act that way I doubt in most cases that they do.
