Well, duuuhhuu. It's all a question of perception - you know, the whole "half empty/half full glass" thing. For example, if I get up on the wrong side of the bed, so to say, and am in a rotten mood from the moment I get up, chances are I'm going to have a bad day no matter what. Conversely, if I'm upbeat I'll probably take any adversity or obstacles in stride.

Yeah...it almost seems like my outlook on life has more of an influence on whether or not I have a good day than outside events do.

Yeah, I've had days like that. I think that it does, but if you are a person who has trouble staying in one mood for more than a day, then things can be pretty up and down.

yes but your outlook is good so no matter how the day is ..you can just brush it off-but if you just feel like crap than it will have a more negative impact-Monana hit it on the head!
