Try with a fizzy control shampoo (gazillions on the market) and i would use a body scrub for face and body. And a good moisturizer an aftershave will do the trick. Hope it helps.

Wear a hat when out in the sun to prevent your hair drying out. Use a good conditioner 1-2 a week.Use a moisturizer on your skin and splash your face with cold water 2-3 times a day, also drink 6-8 glasses of water a day because your skin is dehydrating.

You really need to use things to liven up your body then.
I'm not gay, but I use 4 to 5 different things each day.. keeps me fine from morning 'til night. The aftershave I use basically stunts facial hair growth for a bit.. so I don't have to worry about that.. and it's maybe a millimetre maximum by the end of the day.
Try some of this stuff, you'll get treated better and such.

You should moisturize your skin immediately after taking a shower to maintain healthy looking skin. During the winter, skin tends to lose water mass more easily so it would be better to use a heavy cream lotion...during the spring and summer, a daily water-based lotion will be fine...the issue with your hair may be related to a need for more vitamins in your diet and/or you need to conditioner your hair more often.

Use a loofah to get rid of dead skin that could be what is making your skin look dull.
And you can rinse your hair with vinegar water (1/4 cup of vinegar to 1 gal water) to get rid of the leftover residue from hair styling products.
Don't use hair products with alcohol in them because it dries your hair (and skin) out.
Use a leave in conditioner daily and deep condition with hot oil treatments once a week.
Hope this helps!

I agree with Skyflower you need moist to your skin and hair both. Go find some good hair products that will add mositure, if you don't want to wear mositurizer during the day put it on at night. Go to a good department store they will have products for men if you can't find any at the local drug store.
Good Luck

First you may consider changing your soap to one hat has a moisturizer. Then follow your shampoo with a conditioner.
When you towel off, use a moisturizer all over. That will help to hold the moisture in.
I've got dry skin too! And this worked for me.

You need to moisturize your skin and use a good conditioner in your hair. It looks so good after a shower because it is full of moisture, but then it gets dry. Guys still need to take care of their skin and hair so they can look hot and yummy!
