I have to write a research paper and we are supposed to have only one or two people in the class write about the same one. If I choose one before he assigns them then I can pick my own, otherwise, I'm going to get the leftover crap that sucks. So does anyone have any good ones?

Thomas Acquinas, if you're at all interested in religion. Plus, researching him will give you some really interesting spiritual thoughts you won't necessarily get with another philosopher. Personally.
