Hormones. There is no way to control them. It is as if an alien possesses your body for a couple of days each month. We just try to survive it and double dog dare anyone to even look at us wrong.

Right. How come women haven't been complaining about this for many centuries upon centuries? I acknowledge that hormone imbalances occur, but if you look at truly strong women, you notice one thing... even if they lose their composure... they DO NOT COMPLAIN. (My own mother happens to be one of these women.) These days far too many women complain and try to justify little nuances in their behavior with "oh, it's because of hormones and you should accept me, sexist pig." One can only put up with so much garbage before they draw the line.

And if women acknowledge that they act differently during menstruation, they should also understand why men look upon them as the less logical and sensible (as opposed to emotional an neurotic) of the sexes. Plain and simple.

They go through hormone changes. These changes cause women to act differently although I think most women just use their monthly cycle as an excuse to act like a beeeyatch......

Would you act differently if your shoulders felt like they were scrunched up to your ears, you were bloated, cramping, had a headache, felt like crying and bleeding through your pants and still had to carry on like nothing was wrong?

Because we don't feel well and also our hormones make us very irritable, bitchy and/or emotional.
