At 9.8m/s for acel due to gravity, the fish would stop going up after 0.051s, after which it woul have risen .01275.
It then falls for a further 1.949s and travels down 19.58m from that high point.
the bird climbs 1m in this time So
1+19.58-.01275=20.59m below the bird
