I need a good beginner deck because i've never ridden a skateboard before. But i dont want a $100 board including trucks, wheels, and bearings, I want a $70-$80 board including trucks,wheels,bearings

Element deck fa sure. Abec three bearings are best for a beginer. If you wanna get the hang of just cruisen round loosen the trucks a little and it will be easier for you to steer. If you wanna perfect jumps, practice on the grass!!

Go to ccs.com and find a cheap complete there... I have done that and they work fine as beginner's boards.
