Do you believe the human brain has the power to physically heal/hurt the body based on faith?

I heard of an experiment in which few people were hypmotized to believe they got burned when touched with ice.... it is said that their bodies reacted to being touched by the ice by boiling up as if it was heat that burned them..... simple because their brain believed it to be true.

What is your take?

I've heard of that experiment,too.
I believe it's true that our brains can truly affect every part of our health.
One caveat, though.
I believe that there is something inside each of us that is precious and immortal and that is the part that does the true healing that takes place in our lives. We can call it Soul, or Spirit, or whatever. No one really knows where or what it is. It's just the part of our Self that makes us an individual.
Love that part, and you will reap health and radiance.
Neglect or abuse it, and you will reap unhappiness and disease.
