I usually feel genuinely happy at the end of a long day when I am laying in bed and i know that i gave my all to whatever I had to do that day whether it was school, work or just cleaning the house.

I feel genuinely happy at really odd times. Times when you'd least expect it.....when I'm coming home from work, when I'd just accomplished something small, after I've woken up (I'm a morning person). So...I guess I'd say it's something little that happens when I'm happy.

I feel genuinely happy all the time because when I wake up each morning, I thank God that he protected my loved ones and myself, and I thank him for a new day! With all due respect, that there makes me very happy!!

When the people around me are happy. Strange enough, they are happy when i am, so it's a reciprocal thing.
It gets triggered pretty easily: someone whistling, a good joke... most of the time it is a very small thing, so that i (we) couldn't see it coming.
