There a few reasons why the heater isnt working properly

#1 Low antifreeze coolant ------ check the level of the coolant and if it is low ensure you use the proper type coolant when you replace the lost coolant. Try to find out why the coolant was lost eg leaking radiator hose / loose connection at coolant lines or worse case ----- bad head gasket

#2 thermostat is stuck in the open position ----- this always seems to happen at the worse time of year ( winter ) Talk to your mechanic or a good friend to check this

#3 Heater core could be plugged and needs to be flushed, drained and checked

Good luck

Check to see if the engine warms up at all if it does and it still blows cold air check engine coolant. Second if the engine doesn't warm up even after running for awhile theirs a good chance thermostat is stuck open i recommend checking coolant first.

First check your coolant level in your radiator..... the if it is full and your heat is still cool... then change your thermostat.

first make sure a/c button is off, then check your coolant level then check your heater core.
