Just click on the pencil below your question. Then you can "add details". Or are you talking about extending the time? If so, then you can find that in your "my q&a". -L

Go to your question, and there will be a little toolbar thing under your question and there should be a pencil. And if you go to the pencl it will say add details and some other things, and you can extend how long your question stays open.

in the toolbar under ur question u will see a pencil symbol
click it and then click extend expiration
