My freind is arriving at my work in a matter of minutes to take me to lunch, prob is she is treating my best freind like ****. Should I go smackdown on her **** and show her who's boss, or just sit quietly and eat my lunch in anger???

Go to lunch with her but quietly and calmly explain how you feel and what your best friend means to you. If she can't except your friend she just has to go and tell her that, quietly, calmly and rationally.
