I think it is all to controversial.. and It seems to really irk some people. If it shouldn't be allowed.. How would you go about bringing up that point with your boss or the owner of your company?

A small note here.. I am middle of the road with politics.. and I get stuck with republican radio.. Rush Limbaugh.. And Some sort of religion station.. and I am a catholic. But not practicing.

The guy who turns it on.. gets a kick out of making me mad and several others yet no one seems to make it stop..

It is completely inappropriate. And it can be considered harassment, and open up the company to lawsuits for a hostile workplace. It is against policy at the last few companies I have worked for for this reason.

I don't think so. 2 of my coworkers are very religious, play a Christian station on the radio, always talking about praying, church, etc. But what can I say, there are only 4 of us in the office! And the 4th person, has his own office so he never hears it. If I say something, I put myself in an awkward situation.
I believe in God, but I do have different beliefs than them, one of them is a bit on the judgemental side. I just try to ignore it, I'm not going to get into a debate over what is right and wrong to believe. One of them goes to a church where they will speak in tongues when the Holy Spirit "takes over". That scares me.

It doesn't Belong Plain and simple! It should not be tolerated. Not even schools allow such things. You should at least talk with your boss and tell him he needs to take action. Let him know you are serious.
